- #1273: Add a tarballs hook for backing up and restoring tar files while retaining full Borg
deduplication of their contents, handy for large tarballs like VM backups. See the documentation

- #1360: With the "borg" action, support the "--dry-run" flag when specified after "borg" on the
command-line.
- #1368: Fix a hang in which a database dump command spewing lots of output could send borgmatic
into a loop. This was most prevalent with MongoDB.
- #1370: Fix "Too many open files" and "filedescriptor out of range in select()" errors when
dumping hundreds of databases.
- #1371: Fix an attribute error when running the experimental "browse" action with older versions
of the Textual library.
- #1372: In the browse action, show a size for every file and directory, with directory sizes
summed from the sizes of the files beneath them.
- #1376: Fix a regression in which ZFS/LVM/Btrfs hooks no longer got Borg cache hits due to a
random temporary directory created within the borgmatic runtime directory.
- SECURITY: Upgrade the certifi dependency to remove trusted eMudhra certificates, thereby
addressing the eMudhra certificate authority compromise. This affects outgoing HTTP requests made
from borgmatic monitoring hooks, and only applies to the precompiled borgmatic binary (which
bundles certifi).
- Fix a Postgresql hook error when restoring a directory format database with an overridden
hostname or port.
- Fix a bug in which borgmatic didn't correctly rename checkpoint archives when database hooks were
enabled with Borg 2.
- Fix a theoretical hang in which borgmatic neglected to consume sub-process stderr output. Applies
to "restore", "browse", and "config bootstrap" actions.
- Fix a bug in which a literal flag value of "borg" could throw off command-line parsing for the
"borg" action.
- Add a "--json" flag to the "diff" action for outputting one JSON object per changed path.
- Add a pull request template to guide the creation of any new pull request.
- Drop support for Python 3.10, which has been end-of-lifed.
- Fix package metadata to reflect that Python 3.9 support was dropped back in borgmatic 2.0.11.
