Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
It would be nice to have a dry-run option, that doesn't call borg, but would show what calls (especially with what parameters) would be made.
This could be useful to identify configuration mistakes and in case you want to change something manually once.

Good idea. Borg already has such an option, so it would just be a question of passing it through. Are you thinking a command-line option or a borgmatic config file option? Which would better suit your use case?

I think a command-line option is more plausible as it's mainly for debugging.

Makes sense. I'll add this to an upcoming release.

Okay, implemented and released in borgmatic 1.1.14. Enjoy!
