Migrate documentation form from StaticKit #359

borgmatic's documentation suggestion form, featured at the bottom of every page of documentation, relies on StaticKit for back-end form processing. Unfortunately, StaticKit was acquired by Formspree and will be shut down on December 31, 2020.

So as part of this ticket, either evaluate migrating borgmatic's documentation to Formspree and perform that migration, on select another form backend and migrate to that instead. Examples:

• MailBear
• MailyGo
