Hi, love your work. Just wanted to know if running prune also runs compact. If not, any way to set borgmatic to also run compact?

Running prune by itself (e.g. borgmatic prune) does not run compact currently. If you'd like to run prune with compact, then at the command-line you can run borgmatic prune compact. There's not currently a way to achieve that solely within borgmatic configuration, however. Hope that helps!
