Hello,
I'm using the attached files to run borgmatic hourly using systemd timers. (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd/Timers) If it's useful they could be added to the sample folder.
The installation instruction could be something like:
sudo cp sample/{borgmatic.service,borgmatic.timer} /etc/systemd/system/
sudo systemctl enable borgmatic.timer
sudo systemctl start borgmatic.timer

Thanks for providing these sample files. I've included them (with some minor tweaks) and referenced them in the README and at at https://torsion.org/borgmatic/
I haven't actually tried them since I'm not using systemd myself, so hopefully they work!
