I notice that borgmatic is using the master branch naming convention. Please consider changing it to main which Github is defaulting to, or a similar name like mainline or dev.

Background

As part of efforts to make software development more inclusive, many organizations are moving away from historical engineering language that has connotations with racism, slavery, and other -isms towards more descriptive and neutral terms, such as calling the development branch main, mainline, or dev.

Please consider changing the master branch.

This makes sense to me. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I wouldn't have even thought of it; I grew up in an era where hard disks even had jumpers on them for "master" and "slave" mode....

Wow, that was fast! Thanks so much for the quick change.

BTW, not sure if it was related to branch name changes, but noticed the commit log messages for podman-in-podman issues. It was a web comic of emojis, I cracked up at the ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ”ซ

Hah, yeah, I was a little frustrated. I eventually ended up giving up on Podman-in-Podman and just going with ... Podman.
