Is it possible to add this flag: --nobsdflags when creating a backup?

Support for Borg --nobsdflags option to skip recording bsdflags (e.g. NODUMP, IMMUTABLE) in archive (#63).

Done! This will be supported in the next borgmatic release by a bsd_flags option in the location section of the config file. You can set it to false to get the behavior you're looking for.
